NOTE: If you are not a member, please do not enter the facility when the doors are locked. Visit us during business office hours to inquire about membership.
1. Can I bring a friend to the gym to work out with me?
Members are welcome to bring a guest, but may do so only during business hours. Guests are required to sign a liability waiver, provide an emergency contact number and pay a walk-in fee of $10.00
2. How do I cancel my contract?
We have to receive your cancelation in writing to terminate your contract. You may email your cancelation to: Chrystal @ Chrystallynn.firstname.lastname@example.org
You may also cancel your contract at the gym during business hours.
3. Something is broken or quit working. What do I do?
Our gym equipment gets heavy use and occasionally equipment breaks or needs maintenance. If you notice that something is broken or in need of repair please tell someone at the front desk.
